Accompany us to the 2020 Annual Member Social!

You will receive informative Club and Resort updates and have an opportunity to meet with Club management and fellow members, all while reliving the passion and elegance of Casablanca.

Please note due to Covid-19 restrictions, capacity is capped at 100 members. On a first-come, first-served basis, we will be confirming Annual Social registrations for members that indicate they have already booked reservations and have confirmed flight arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience, but most reserve the limited space available for confirmed travelers. Thank you for your patience and understanding with our “new normal.”

Registration Information

All events will be held at the Villa Del Palmar Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta, October 21-22, 2020.

  • The Member Social is free to all members, but advanced registration is required in order to monitor the capacity in the conference center. In order to attend the events, members must register on-line.
  • Each Member Social registration is limited to 2 (two) persons complimentary for your first membership account only, regardless of how many points/weeks you own.

Important Rule Regarding Guests!!

  • Because we have consistently run into challenges with having adequate space for our members, no guests will be allowed until all members have been registered. We understand this may have an impact on your travel plans, but we must give priority to members who wish to attend the meeting. We will allow members to register up to two weeks prior to the event. All guests will be placed on a waiting list and we will begin to confirm guests two weeks prior to the meeting, space permitting. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS EXTREMELY UNLIKELY WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ANY GUESTS.
  • If there are any spots available for non-members we will allow a maximum of two guests on a first-come, first served basis for a fee of $140 per person to cover food, beverage and other expenses, to be collected at the time of confirmation. Children who occupy their own seat are considered guests and will be charged $75 to attend the meeting

Please register for the event FIRST to receive your event confirmation number. We generally sell out of member inventory by October; however, we have rooms set aside for the event so that all members attending the Member Social are guaranteed space. The reservation agent will need your event confirmation number to complete your room reservation in the Member Social room block if we are already sold out of other inventory.

Important Changes to Guest Policy

Priority will be given to members until two weeks prior to the meeting. Guests will be placed on a wait list. The $140 guest fee covers the food and beverage and other expenses for the guests, which will be collected at the time of confirmation. Children who occupy their own seat are considered guests and will be charged $75 to attend the meeting.
